Offscript — Project Plan
OFFSCRIPT / COMMAND CENTER
Project plan / v1.0 / 01 October 2026

One show.
Two audiences.
A compounding network.

Offscript is a bilingual filmed-conversation series for the people building what comes next — designed to create cultural relevance, trusted relationships and repeatable commercial opportunity.

RU + ENeditorial tracks
30–40 minper recording
2–3clips per episode
8–10pilot season episodes
01 / The model

Conversation first. Distribution and business follow.

The project starts with a genuinely good exchange; the episode then becomes an asset for the guest, the audience and the commercial system around it.

ENGLISH / DISCOVERY

Build a wide, new room.

Europe and US operators, creators and experts found through LinkedIn. Digital industries, creative economy, AI, marketing, SaaS, fintech, GTM, leadership and psychology.

RUSSIAN / DEPTH

Make the existing network visible.

Founders, decision-makers and leaders from the close and middle circle. Stronger cultural proximity and distribution through Telegram plus YouTube.

01Record the real conversationOne timely theme, a few recurring Offscript rubrics and permission for unpolished, human answers.
02Extract the highest-signal moments2–3 horizontal clips, roughly 2–7 minutes, with full versions selectively released on YouTube.
03Distribute with the guestGive the guest a ready-to-share clip and copy. Prioritise their LinkedIn/network over posting a long episode into the void.
02 / Guest portfolio

Three guest lanes, three different jobs.

Do not use one invitation list for everything. Every guest should have a clear editorial, network or commercial reason to be there.

Guest CRM required

Track language, lane, relationship warmth, why-now, topic, commercial fit, stage, next action and referral source. One record per person; no unowned names in a list.

03 / Revenue stack

Five ways Offscript creates value.

Editorial trust is the base. Monetisation should be visible, ethical and never turn the guest experience into a hard sell.

01

Season sponsor

One disclosed partner per season. Founding package: $2–3k; validate $3–5k next; grow after proof.

02

Spotlight

Selected guests can enter a warm conversation about premium business-content production. Current entry: $2.5–3.7k.

03

Guest asset pack

Optional $300–500 add-on: polished full episode plus agreed shareable cuts and deliverables.

04

Audience support

Patreon, crypto wallet and a Russia-accessible route such as Tribute — after availability and compliance checks.

05

Strategic upside

Referrals into fractional marketing leadership, GTM advisory, mentoring, services and partnerships.

Sponsor as a guest: default rule

Allowed only when the person is independently editorially compelling. Sponsorship and guest selection must be disclosed and treated as separate decisions.

04 / Build system

Make the project easy to run every week.

The goal is one operating system, not scattered documents and remembered intentions.

  • Guest CRM — all lists, status and next action
  • Two invite templates — RU/network and EN/LinkedIn

06 / Decisions

Resolve these before scaling.

What qualifies an episode for full YouTube release?

Decide before production, based on lasting search value and guest value — not only completion of the recording.

Which donation options are actually accessible?

Verify account eligibility, withdrawal, taxes and international/Russian availability before putting any payment link on the site.

What does sponsor inventory include?

Define exactly: opener, end card, description, social mention, season association, guest access — and what is explicitly excluded.

What proves the pilot worked?

Track invitations, reply rate, booked recordings, clips published, guest reshares, qualified Spotlight calls, sponsor conversations and cash collected.
