Bad habits are not a problem. You do not really need a perfect healthy lifestyle.
We are not here on this planet to just carefully carry our body through the life to the end at is.
Our body has a superpower to adapt. And it adapts insanely good. Growth, teens, wild young, pregnancy and kids, heavy work, high sports achievements, diets, travels, relationships, over eating, drinking, non sleeping well, do nothing but scrolling for hours, days and months.
It adapts.
So the idea is not to achieve a perfect maintenance process.
It's for dreams and curiosity. For exploration, creation and love.
So put that you love on the list first. And your body will follow you. Whatever your thing is.
---
Another thing is to find what you love and you perfectly fit for it.
The thing, that we are always told to find one particular thing. Work towards it focused and dedicated.
So we are trying to find one perfect thing to do. And it's tough, man.
This very, very perfect thing we need to find feels like it doesn't exist.
But the world is an incredibly complex creation. Balanced and structured. Moving and vibing.
Do not look just for one perfect thing.
Look for every fucking thing you're curios about. Whatever is taking your mind and feelings.
Pick up as many things as you wish. Do not assume that it's gonna be another time. It is up now.
And do not worry about getting overwhelmed by the anxiety of having too many things to carry.
Trust your inner sense. Once you're free to choose, it's always gonna be something you would like more among other "chosen" things.
If you're into basketball, uni, cooking, blogging, volunteering, building relationships and trying to stay fit — you will stick to a some sort of balance, where in a time period, like a week or a month you will see where you actually are involved.
Where you want to spend more time or where you get more energy back.
And this balance will constantly shift through your life.
So don't worry about not starting or doing it right. Make sure you at least taste it.
