Sleep Base (E-Commerce / Sleep & Recovery Product)
CHALLENGE & CONTEXT
Sleep Base produces high-end products for sleep and recovery. While sales were happening through influencers and direct channels, the brand faced operational bottlenecks:
  • Marketing was managed intuitively without data-backed decisions.
  • Influencer campaign ROI and attribution were untracked.
  • A significant portion of ad spend was unprofitable.
  • The internal team was completely overwhelmed by daily operations.
  • Sales processes lacked systemic automation.
The Goal: Drive revenue growth without a proportional budget increase, establish full data transparency, and streamline internal operations.
  • SOLUTION
    Data-Driven Influencer Marketing: Implemented UTM tracking architectures and strict CAC / ROMI analysis. Completely re-engineered the influencer vetting and negotiation process, shifting the strategy heavily toward barter and performance-based partnerships.
    The Hypothesis-Led Framework: Shifted the team to an agile sprint framework. Every marketing action had to have a defined goal, target channel, format, and offer. We scaled only what directly generated profitable sales and intentionally cut out unverified contractors and quick-fix promises.
    AI-Agent Integration: Deployed and trained an AI-driven sales assistant. Set up automated customer journeys, instant notifications, and performance analytics. Trained the internal team to manage and update prompts and the core knowledge base.
    Retention & LTV Optimization: Launched customer reactivation sequences via WhatsApp, built a systematic feedback loop, and introduced high-value educational content/guides to the existing database.

Disney — Star Wars: Episode VII Launch Campaign
CHALLENGE & CONTEXT
Ahead of the theatrical release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Disney needed to solve two distinct marketing challenges: re-engage loyal, long-time fans of the franchise and introduce the classic saga to a younger generation to maximize premiere ticket sales.
  • SOLUTION
    Revived mainstream interest in the original six episodes by recapping them through an exclusive, high-concept YouTube series. We launched a dedicated brand channel and partnered with top-tier digital creators to host the episodes:

Fractal Club 100 (Web3 Venture Ecosystem)
CHALLENGE & CONTEXT
Fractal began as a Web3 startup accelerator. After a successful first cohort, the team realized they needed to expand their value proposition. The critical missing piece was a robust investor community to fund the accelerator's startups. The founder came with a clear request: attract angel investors, build a sustainable capital pipeline, and establish a powerful network among Web3 business angels.
  • THE IDEA
    Unite private investors around a shared pain point. CustDev and user research revealed that business angels lack access to deep, institutional-grade project analytics. Operating independently, they often miss the infrastructure required for rigorous analysis, media, financial/legal compliance, and broad network access.

    We created a closed investment club, Fractal Club 100, centered on syndicated deals. Crucially, we discovered a market gap for a unique approach: combining strict financial data with the psychological and mental readiness required to make high-stakes investment decisions.
  • SOLUTION
    Deployed a rapid no-code hypothesis testing strategy. Within two weeks, we launched a landing page, tailored offers, an outreach partner program, automated LinkedIn outreach, and a CRM workflow. We brought in an experienced Head of Sales with an established investor network.

    Generated $8,000 in sales within just 10 days, validating the core value proposition.
    Built a high-intent pipeline of 50 investors with a collective asset value of $80,000.

B2B Cross-Border FMCG Platform (China Market Entry)
CHALLENGE & CONTEXT
In 2020, we co-founded a platform designed to help FMCG brand owners and executives sell their products directly to Chinese consumers via an entirely new model. Instead of relying purely on traditional trade shows to find distributors, the platform enabled brands to establish their own digital storefronts and corporate entities in China.

Amid global lockdowns, the immediate challenge was educating brand directors and owners on these new cross-border eCommerce opportunities.
  • SOLUTION
    Coordinated, organized, and hosted a high-value series of educational broadcasts featuring rare experts from Shanghai to Amsterdam. The sessions covered the nuances of logistics, product listings, customs compliance, operational economics, and big data management.
